How We Got Started
Miranda and I embarked on our wellness journey together, each shedding 55 pounds by adhering to a meticulously designed nutrition and supplement program, coupled with consistent exercise.
Motivated by our personal transformations and professional backgrounds, we decided to join forces—I, with over 24 years of experience as a fitness trainer, and Miranda, an expert in nutrition and meal planning. Our goal was clear: we wanted to create a comprehensive program that would empower others to achieve a healthier lifestyle through holistic changes.
Every aspect of our program is rooted in a doctor-created guide that effectively addresses insulin resistance, PCOS, and pre-diabetes through targeted eating plans. We didn't just see results for ourselves; we witnessed countless success stories from those we guided. This inspired us to establish a program along with a private coaching community where we can provide the support, resources, and accountability needed to sustain weight loss and embrace lasting health.

I'm Miranda a Health & Nutrition Coach, from Vernon, BC who has successfully lost 55 lbs. I'm passionate about various pursuits, but my primary focus is helping others. Over the past two years, my team and I have been dedicated to creating programs that support individuals on their health journeys. I've experienced my own personal transformation, with its fair share of challenges and triumphs, all guided by the belief that taking the first step sets everything else in motion.

I've personally experienced the ups and downs of hormone-related weight changes and successfully tackled the challenges of menopause belly weight loss. My journey has fueled my passion for empowering women to live their healthiest, happiest lives, even through life’s changes.
